I stayed here with my daughter, it was her 17th birthday and I decorated it, had 4 of her friends come and did a spa/slumber party. We all had a really good time! Staff was extremely nice! Would definitely stay again!

Bring your cleaning supplies!
Urine and hair at the base of the toilet grossed us out. There’s no excuse for that. After stepping on some sticky spots in the carpet- lighting too low to actually see it - I wondered if the carpeting had ever been really cleaned, shampooed. Inadequate lighting in the suite was depressing. The only electrical outlet near the sofa had just one socket working so I couldn't plug in my heating pad and the dim lamp at the same time. The coffee & tea supplies had not been replenished. The paint around the elevators was worn and dirty. The experience was like being in cheap old motel but paying a high price. What a shame!
