Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)

The location was perfect for what I wanted. The floors and dishes were not clean when we checked in. The a/c unit was incredibly loud and obnoxious. The mattress was hard. Not firm, but hard. Other than the location, I would not recommend.

Perfect location!
Wonderful location in the historic downtown, we enjoyed the entire River walk and Front st area! Walking distance to everything and only used our rental car to get to the beaches! Can’t wait to stay again!

Clean, in a good shape condo, had everything I needed, right downtown with a great view. Loved it! Parking had to be a block or two away though, otherwise just perfect place
