Perfectly comfortable room and pleasant and helpful staff. For context, I prefer to stay at hotels or motels that are comfortable, clean and covers the basics well. This property does that. I don’t see the value in spending twice the amount for fancy pillows or whatever it is that you get for the extra dollars.

The young lady who was working on the evening of 11.22.24 was AMAZING! We had an issue with our Expedia reservation and she went above and beyond to assist! She was very professional, expedited the issue, and resolved it in a timely manner. The facilities were clean and perfect for us as we were just passing through for the evening. We would stay here again!

The front desk lady was argumentative when checking in. I checked in around 7:30pm and there was no one at the front desk. I waited for about 5-7 minutes. There was no bell so I called the phone. The lady at the front desk came out from the back and asked if I was the one calling. I said yes and she said I wasn’t gone that long. I let her know that she had been gone long enough for a line to form and she again stated it wasn’t that long with a slight attitude. The comment did not seem necessary.
