Very clean property, exactly how the photos showed (maybe even a little better than the photos). Easy check in and out, good location(especially for an event at the Brooklyn Arts Center). Easy walk to coffee shoppe and restaurants.

Wonderful and Convenient Gem
This property was absolutely perfect. It’s about a 5-8 minute walk to the downtown/River side action and the neighborhood it’s in offers a lot of fun culture. Both of the beds are comfy, and the restrooms were very homey. The kitchen is also well-stocked, including a slow cooker, making for easy meals at home. The host company was also very communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice House. Close to Town. Maintenance Subpar
The house itself is very nice. All of the furniture is quite comfortable. The kitchen is about as well stocked as one might expect. Everything is clean. Excellent location. You can walk to nearly everywhere in Wilmington a tourist might want to go. I have just two negatives. First, there is no off street parking, and that is not made clear until after you book. Then the emails from the management company point this out. When my party was at the house during low season that was not an issue, since there was more than enough on street parking. But in the summer that might not be true. Second, the maintenance is subpar. When we arrived lights were out, some of the electronics did not work, and the refrigerator filter was overdue for a change. That last one seems quite serious. If the maintenance issues are resolved, this house is a great place to spend a few days.
