House is located less than a mile to all that downtown has to offer. Recently completed in November of 2023 and located on a quiet street. Very easy access to all that Wilmington has to offer. A block from a few restaurants and a brewery and about 7 blocks to all of the action in downtown Wilmington. The cargo district is also about 7 blocks away. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with lots of natural light. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for entertaining. The living room has a large 75 inch tv and two leather couches, one of which is a queen sleeper sofa. There is also an elliptical work out machine as well as some free weights to get some exercise while you are staying here. The front porch has a rocking chair and bench to enjoy the peaceful views of the area . The backyard is fenced in, gas grill,and has an outdoor couch and table as well. Perfect for those traveling with pets. The owner has a separate entrance to a space attached to the back of the house which he may be staying in at certain times of the year, The main house space is all for the tenant and the owner does not have access to this. There is internet as well as slingTV(cable) to use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. There is a drip coffee maker, a ninja blender for smoothies, and the filtered water from the fridge is great. The Hi-wire brewery, Cugino Forno Pizza, and Bowstring Burgers and Brewyard are great choices to eat or have a beer and they are only a block away on 10th and Princess.
