The staff was amazing. Went to check into our room. It was disgusting. The gentleman at the front desks quickly got us another room. He asked if I could send the photos I took. We had issues with pot smell throughout the night. To the point we put a towel at the bottom of the door. To block the smell and so we would stop coughing. We informed the lovely lady at the front desck at checkout. She informed us it was being handled. She apologized a lot. I told her it wasn’t her fault! They had done amazing. The guest were just being rude.

Very clean with a nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. My only complaint is that the wifi was not good. Besides that it was a great place to stay.

Don't count on breakfast
The rooms were a little dated but clean. The air conditioner was a little loud. Everything worked great. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was breakfast. It was listed as a full breakfast but was definitely not. There was no hot food, only some yogurt, fruit, and pastrys. No bread or bagels.

It was a terrible stay. The co2 alarm was so annoying when it keeps going on alarm every five or 10 minutes. We had asked front desk twice and nothing happened at all. The facility should do a better maintenance. First we thought it was smoky detector but actually it was co2 detector behind the beam. Can you imagine that a Whole night had no good sleep

I love the fact that the kid working the overnight was a very kind person although it was a busy time with the storm and the power going out he kept his cool

It was ok. Did the job. Nothing fancy. But nothing bad. A bit annoyed that I got charged for an early check in when my room was ready anyway, but it is what it is.
