No microwave, no tissues no hair dryer ; bugs, tub so dirty neither of us would bathe in it. staff did move us after I killed a live bug 1 minute after walking in. more dead ones one the floor. a most disappointing red roof .. No breakfast of any kind

The whole building needs an upgrade, it is old. Did like the toilet. The bars in the tub. The flooring needs to be replaced. The pillows were awful. The king bed not to bad.

This place is a nasty hole in the wall. Dirty, holes in wall, chipped paint, door knobs missing, squeaked bed. Just nasty all around. Hallway dirty, tub and toilet dirty. They should update website picture. I will not return or recommend to others.

Booked online, pictures definitely hid The filth. Walked into the room bed looked like it had been used, dirty floors lack of cleaning. The front desk girl did apologize for the room. Never did get a refund

Unfortunately the whole property reaked of cigarette smoke the whole time. other thsna the bed sheets and towels the room was not cleaned.

Hotel run down, trash in landscaping, door key didn't work, bathtub mat moldy, cigarette burns on curtains, hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and wet dog, check out woman didn't acknowledge us, was too busy talking to a staff member sitting beside her and watching her kid run around. The woman working the desk was on a personal phone call while helping us check in, and the hotel was missing regularly expected things like “door handles” and “blinds” and “door locks”.

Couldn’t even check in bc of internet outage we were turned away. Would love a refund. Had to go across the street to a better place even though internet was out they took us in. Also smelled like an ash tray

There was a hairball in the tub, bugs in the sink, dead bugs on bed, TV remote was broken, bathroom doors would not shut, and tissue stuck in peephole. The hallway stunk like urine and weed. People across the hall and next door argued and slammed doors all night. When we left the police were coming up the stairs after a group was kicked out of the hotel. They refused to give us a refund.

Worst night!
Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but as soon as we walked in the room reeked of smoke. Asked the attendant about changing rooms and was told it was the only room available. Decided to suffer through as it was only one night. I have a bad reaction to cigarette smoke making it difficult to breathe. Around 2:30 in the morning our room was overwhelmingly filled with the smell of cigarette smoke - I don't know if it was the room next door and it was coming in through our vent or someone outside our door, but it was intense. It was so bad I contemplated spending the rest of the night in my car as it was hard to breathe. My husband said it was too hot to stay in the car. I ended up getting a washrag and squirting toothpaste in it and putting it over my nose (an old nursing trick) and even had my head under the blanket. Sleep was sparse that night. Definitely the worst night I've had in a hotel.

The lobby of the hotel was absolutely horribke. It smelled of cigarette smoke, dirty rugs and animal pee. The lady at the desk was having issues filling reservations with not enough rooms to accommodate the reservations. I'm surprised Expedia would be making reservstions to this facility without having someone inspect this facilities prior to using their name to send customers ti this horrible place. ANY QUESTIONS? SEND SOMEONE THERE.
