We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was clean but no one came to tidy up the room and replenish our amenities while we were out.

Page at check in couldn't have been nicer. Stayed 2 nights and despite some neg reviews about noise, it was quiet. I think that is guest dependent and tough to control. Breakfast was really good and well stocked. There are marks on the ceiling from what appeared to be an old leak, but it didn't inhibit my enjoying the room. I'd stay here again.

Poor management

The management allowed unsupervised children to run up and down the hallways for several hours. They were running, yelling, knocking on doors. When we switched from one room on one end of the hall to another room, it was the same thing. When we addressed it with management, they were told for us to talk with the manager in the morning, and that our bill would be taken care of. That never happened. Breakfast was a fiasco. There was nowhere to sit and everything was filthy. They allowed two people from the same family to tie up the waffle maker for 45 minutes. When I finally asked them after waiting in the line to get any kind of breakfast if they were almost done, the two of them looked at me and 10 minutes later one of them left only to have somebody else cut the line after I got done. Management told us that they were not going to invite that group back to their hotel. That did not change our experience And it did not solve any problem.

We had an issue with someone upstairs, jump on and off the bed. I'm disappointed in the newer construction. Not as sound proof as you would think. And for staff to allow it to happen , even after a couple phone calls to front desk. Quiet hour starts at 10pm. If people can't stick to rules, and don't know how to control their kids from being disrespectful.

We happened to arrive when a large group was in town and it was the loudest hotel experience we’ve had in a long time. We will the management would have stepped in.

We enjoyed the stay. The gym was great for what we needed. The breakfast and the lady making sure the breakfast was prepared and ready was so sweet. The bed and room were excellent. The only issue was no iron in the room but that was fixed.

Really easy check in. Staff is super nice! Lots of kids downstairs having a big time just being kids, was a little loud so she put us on the 3rd floor since we were tired from the long drive. Will be back!

The hotel itself is nice and clean. The room was spacious with a sitting area and couch which made the room more open and relaxing. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very busy but had plenty of seating and was above average as far as continental breakfast go. Tip would be to make your waffle as you are in line as the line can be long. The area has a Walmart right around the corner. The Ark is about 12 mins away. Hansies Flip close by has a great burger! I gave it 4 stars because the front desk didn’t have bad customer service but definitely not good either. Even though they are nice enough they make you feel as if you’re bothering them asking a simple question for towels. And not welcoming at all. I’d say step up the front desk service and this could be a great hotel.

Excellent stay!

Very clean. Super friendly staff, especially Paige and the breakfast manager! One of the nicest chain hotels I have visited in years. Room was huge!
