They put us in a room that looks like it was an out of order room. The room was just dirty, the curtains were falling off the rod, look like roach dropping in the kitchen cabinet, carpet was filthy didn't want to walked on it found a dead bedbug around the mattress. Stove didn't work, we planned on cooking, we brought a little groceries, we couldn't cook anything. Walls was filthy dirt. Unfortunately we checked in late and the was sold out, so we stayed

I don’t usually leave reviews but I owe people looking to book this hotel. Please rethink about staying here. The hotel is in terrible condition, the entire building smells terrible, the rooms are in poor conditions. Stay away. I have it a two stars because of the staff, they were nice and friendly.

We came here in a pinch and were happy with our stay. Even though the place had no power when we stayed, everyone who worked there was cheerful and friendly and very helpful. We had a great time :)

The staff, absolutely excellent, friendly, professional. The room….not so excellent. It wasn’t all that clean, it’s “run down” and came across roaches in the room. It was only for one night stay, but enough to not ever book here again. The owner should seriously considering “bombing” the place to rid of cockroaches.

On arrival we found out that there was a power outage in the region. We had chosen this hotel because we needed microwave, fridge and air conditioning. Since that was not working we decided not to stay and look for other hotel with electricity. The staff was very kind and understanding and willing to answer questions from Expedia to look for a refund. We could not see the room.

There was 2 AC units the one didnt work and the other one barely worked. (I brought my fan in). I cant sleep if im hot. My windows were overlooking into im assuming a banquet room or storage room. Which was kind of creepy and the windows were unlocked and one opened. The 3rd was like a mirror. The ice machine on my floor didnt work and i saw no vending machines(sign said there was) i was extremely uncomfortable didnt sleep and i know payment was not refundable. I would have went and complained had it not been late in the evening and my child being with me. The staff member at the desk for check in was extremely nice.

Was outside for a total of 15 minutes the city police drove on property and thought we were drug addicts, then proceeded to say “ well if you seen any please call us” Their was lead pencils stuck in the AC unit and the cover was broken . Mattresses were flipped on the wrong side Mold in the bathroom and the sink was clogged. Hallways smelled like cat urine

A bit warm.
The room was warm. AC didn’t seem to cool enough for our stay but it wasn’t unbearable and the outdoor temps were intense which may have contributed. This may also have led to a restless sleep.

DISGUSTING
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, thats where it ended. This was one of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed in. The elevator looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years. We get to the room and the place was disgusting. Its obvious the floors werent vaccumed. The carpet was so stained and gross, we decided not to take our shoes off. The window shears were shredded, presumably from an animal since its a pet friendly hotel. The ceiling had so many patches from leaks, it looked like a checkerboard. The paint in the bathroom ceiling was peeling too. The furniture in the room was stained. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable and the pillows were like cardboard. The room was very much in need of an overhaul. I wont be staying at this place again.
