The room is spacious but has a long walkway from the door because the room at end of the floor. The room layout isn't in good use. The showerhead is too high. One bath towel is not so white after many used.

Family Weekend Away
We had a great stay overall. The suite was spacious and worked well for our short weekend away to Busch Gardens. Only issues we had was the cleanliness could be a little better (a lot of dust around the AC unit) and our neighbors were pretty loud one of the nights we were there. You can not beat this location and the free breakfast was a plus. The staff was also very nice. We will stay again next year!

Quaint Hotel in Williamsburg
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a night and I will say the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The place is slightly outdated minus the toilet and shower area our room, but that might speak to the charm of the area being focused on a past way of life. They also had a hot breakfast that was nice and a microwave in the room which is becoming more and more a rarity these days. Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely stay there again or recommend the location.

I had a terrible check-in due to Expedia not sending my reservation number to the hotel. The manager of the hotel Teresa was very helpful and tried to get Expedia to send the confirmation # but David E. From Expedia was rude and would not send it. So Teresa made accommodations for me but I had to pay the hotel. Jeff and Vicky were also very helpful. No happy with Expedia

We had a great stay here. We booked a suite for our family of four (two teens) and it was nice that we had space to spread out. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. Pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby--outlets are very close. And an easy commute to the attractions. My only complaint is that the elevators were a bit loud. We were not even next to the elevators and I could still hear them through the night. Otherwise, a great stay.
