Tv didn’t work, even after obtaining the remote from the front desk. Hot/cold water are reversed in shower. Shower knob fell off and we fixed ourselves cuz no staff to help. Beds were horrific.

Could have been a little cleaner, more attention to the tile in the bathroom, was there for 2 days on the last day we had to kill a roach on the wall.

We had to switch rooms because ours didn't lock. Then the next room our tv didn't work. The service desk team came up and fixed it. Saying the remotes,HDMI cords, and cable cord get stolen all the time. There was someone's items and a used band-aide in our side table drawer. We were told the room was cleaned and they don't check the drawers in rooms. She did take the bandaid and items out of the room and was very kind. The ac didn't work great, room was hot. Windows open but they don't lock and we're broken like someone had broke in before. We went to check out the hot tub and heated pool. Neither of those were heated or hot for that matter. And the hot tub could use a serious deep cleaning. Overall I wouldn't stay there again.
