Great property! Clean and cute! Windows were newer so not sure if that’s why there were no screens- would have been nice to have screens to get fresh air but other than that everything was wonderful!

Loved our stay here! Clean and full of amenities! We enjoyed the game room loft. The location is close enough to TC/Torch Lake yet secluded from heavy traffic. Hosts were attentive to any issues. Bonus points for a laundry room! Would absolutely recommend!

This cottage was bright and clean and sooo comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer! Special touches like the patio, fire pit, and hammock were lovely and, if we had more time to enjoy the place, we would have taken advantage of those. The beds were super comfortable and there was a ton of natural light. I highly recommend!

Great getaway
This was our second time staying at the chalet, and, a year later, was just as great as we remembered it. Clean, well maintained, wonderful communication and instructions, and responsive hosts. Our kids look forward to coming back more than any vacation we’ve taken (including Disney!) Super cozy and accommodating for a family that just wants to relax. Can’t wait for stay number three!

Perfect family holiday!
The Cozy Chalet is just that and more!!! The woodsy setting of the property, and the beautifull "cozy" touches throughout the Chalet made for a perfect family holiday! Lots of room to spread out and relax. The amenities provided by the hosts make life there so comfortable!

Five Stars is not enough!!
We came up as a result of a change of Thanksgiving plans. We drove through beautiful scenery and pulled up to a very well kept and manicured property! Inside the kids were raving about the amazing game room, the fire pit outside, the comfy beds, and the selection of board games to play during our stay. The kitchen was perfect for cooking Thanksgiving dinner as the home is very well stocked! In addition to all the amenities, the home is decorated beautifully and in pristine condition!! The owners were always quick to respond. We will definitely be back, as the only negative that happened was that we had to leave. We’ll definitely book a longer stay next time!

Beautiful property
We stayed at this property for two weeks while competing at the flint fields horse park. This property was immaculate upon check in. The host provided lots of magazines and brochures for things to do in the area which we throughly enjoyed on our days off. The beds were extremely comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about this property. We will definitely be rebooking next year.

Wonderful rental property! Very clean and cozy. Had everything we needed during our stay. Less than 10 minutes to the horse park and 20 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Hosts did a great job providing info on the property and surrounding area.

Beautiful Home, Horrible Weather
If you have to be stuck inside for most of your vacation because of the weather, this is the place to be stuck in!! It was loaded with just about anything we needed, it was so clean and had cutest 'cabin/outdoors/woodsy' ambience... The guys enjoyed the game options in the loft, the beds and linens were to DIE for soft and luxurious. Highly recommend!

Nice little get away
Thank-you so much for opening your cabin to us for a few days. We really enjoyed your freshly remodeled cabin. We especially enjoyed the games upstairs in the loft we we played quite a few of our 1st night. We appreciated that we were about 20 mins from Traverse City & about 1 hour from Boyne. The Skybridge in Boyne was really cool to experience (especially with skiers skiing under the bridge as we walked across). My son enjoyed the fact he was able to have the entire basement to himself when he wanted to get away from Mom & Dad for a bit.

I'm not sure that I can think of anything negative to say about our stay. The house was tastefully decorated, and I love the colors they chose. We had a lot of fun playing with the games in the loft every night, in addition to just hanging out in the living room was a family. The house was very clean, and there was a nice variety of dishes and cooking pans to use. The beds were super comfortable as well. I would love to stay here again in the future, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
