Clean, well managed hotel in Williams
Nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Didn’t get to stay long enough to try out the pool or gym but both looked like they would be great. Customer service was on point. Only real thing lacking was the parking. Space is at a premium so trailers or vehicles larger than a SUV have to street park. Didn’t affect us on this trip but good to know in the future. Probably should be noted somewhere before checking in though. Could spoil a trip for someone.

This Hampton Inn is very close to the Grand Canyon railroad experience that we came for. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

Horrible experience never plan to stay again disgusting place first asked for smoke free and got a smoke room that stinks and also the front staff very rude giving me attitude for wanting to check in early. Also piss stains around the toliet what a joke! Lastly cockroaches all over the place.

Excellent place for families
This is our second time staying at this property in Williams, AZ. It's been a great place for our family. The staff is very friendly and accommodating with small children. It's very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is perfect for families because they have a lot of variety. I also love that they set up whip cream and sprinkles on the waffle bar! They go the extra mile to make it a fun stay for any age.

En route to the Canyon
It’s always first impressions & we arrived a tad late. ‘Greeted’ by a mature gent at the desk, who knew we were stood in front of him at the desk & seemed to ignore us! Possibly engaged on his mobile? When he did choose to address us: I wasn’t too sure if it was us he seemed to be grunting at with a very deep voice! Kind of spoils the whole experience
