This place is a great value overall. Our first impression entering the room was that it smelled pleasant and was pretty clean but not meticulously clean, with loose hairs on the floor. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom sink. Property manager was very helpful and caring throughout our stay. He jumped on fixing the sink leak when we were out for the day and was overall very friendly and helpful. Suggestions for improvement, the shower hardware is outdated and loose fitting, replacement would be a good idea. The window unit heater does not turn off automatically. An auto setting would be very helpful. Lastly, I’d just pay a little bit of extra attention to cleanliness, otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. I’d rate this place as follows: Value: 10/10 Cleanliness: 7/10 Management: 10/10 Interior: 6.5/10 (can be renewed) Also, there’s a really nice coffee shop across the street and some cool shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Unique motel, great staff
The corner room is very interesting with 3 queen beds. Overall, a great experience and value. Refurbished to a reasonable level.

Quiet motel but train does go thru at midnight & 8 am a few streets over. Price very good. We liked the floors-NO rugs. Personnel very helpful & pleasant

The manager was very personable when we got there And very helpful. The room was the perfect size. It had everything that we needed. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. It was a absolutely wonderful stay and we will probably stay there again in the future.

Ok, so this is a traditional motor hotel, the kind I stayed in as a child traveling the US with my parents. It is NOT a resort. It is a trip down memory lane and a very clean one! The room was super clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The staff (Rico) was excellent. If you need an overnight on Route 66, this is the place to be. Right in the middle of all the action too.

Historical Route 66, classic and vintage street. The street is full of stores and restaurants that are emphasized by RT. 66 theme. The room is clean and is set for sleeping.

Escaping the heat
It was our first time visiting Williams. I am so glad I chose the Arizona 9 Motor Hotel. Rigo checked us in and he was super friendly. He was readily available for anything we needed and just made our stay that much more amazing. We had a king bed room and the room was clean and spacious. Had a good sized fridge and a microwave perfect for late night snacks and drinks. Only thing I would suggest is outlets near the bed for charging devices and more counter space in the bathroom for us girls! It was the perfect weekend getaway from Phoenix. We definitely will be back!

Such a fun place to stay, super friendly staff, and right in the middle of where you want to be in downtown. The rooms are clean and tidy. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nostalgic
Staff was great, friendly, great conversations. Nostalgic on the outside, updated on the inside. Not fancy (good thing) and it fits in with the surroundings, almost like a trip to the past. Definitely will stay here again.

Manager Rigo is very personable, Always ready to help weary travelers with local information. We had two rooms, one male (me), one female. The motor hotel screams charm, furniture made of wood (gasp), clean rooms and comfortable beds. One of the bathrooms was rather small. And the smoking area needs to move away from the rooms but overall it was a really nice experience. We booked with Expedia and got a great rate. We really enjoyed our stay.
