I loved the ambience of being in a motel that existed before the onslaught of electronic everything. Just a plain old key to open the door and chain to secure the door once inside and I felt safe. The couple who manage the property are amazing! They are friendly, professional, and always there to help with anything should a problem arise. The rooms appear to be renovated but still hold a charm in the vein of an old motel along route 66 and they are very clean. There's a microwave and mini fridge in the room too. The rooms are small but comfy, perfect for a 2 or 3 night stay. If I'm in Williams again, Arizona 9 is where I'll stay!

We love this motel. Its in downtown, cloae to shops and dining. The rooms are clean,comfortable and priced well. The front staff are very kind and helpful. Great location to visit the Grand Canyon from also. We will stay there again.

This place is a great value overall. Our first impression entering the room was that it smelled pleasant and was pretty clean but not meticulously clean, with loose hairs on the floor. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom sink. Property manager was very helpful and caring throughout our stay. He jumped on fixing the sink leak when we were out for the day and was overall very friendly and helpful. Suggestions for improvement, the shower hardware is outdated and loose fitting, replacement would be a good idea. The window unit heater does not turn off automatically. An auto setting would be very helpful. Lastly, I’d just pay a little bit of extra attention to cleanliness, otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. I’d rate this place as follows: Value: 10/10 Cleanliness: 7/10 Management: 10/10 Interior: 6.5/10 (can be renewed) Also, there’s a really nice coffee shop across the street and some cool shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance.

The corner room is very interesting with 3 queen beds. Overall, a great experience and value. Refurbished to a reasonable level.

Quiet motel but train does go thru at midnight & 8 am a few streets over. Price very good. We liked the floors-NO rugs. Personnel very helpful & pleasant

The manager was very personable when we got there And very helpful. The room was the perfect size. It had everything that we needed. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. It was a absolutely wonderful stay and we will probably stay there again in the future.

Ok, so this is a traditional motor hotel, the kind I stayed in as a child traveling the US with my parents. It is NOT a resort. It is a trip down memory lane and a very clean one! The room was super clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The staff (Rico) was excellent. If you need an overnight on Route 66, this is the place to be. Right in the middle of all the action too.

Classic Route 66 motel stay! It was a small place, but staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tiny, but spotless. It was old school with actual room key!
