We loved our stay at the Rif. The hotel is new and we did not see any construction going on. The check in and out as pretty fast. The city center is around 10 minutes walk from the Rif. The swimming pool is very quite and nice. We mainly ate a the the buffet that had a lot of choices. The only problem is that all the restaurants are outside without air conditioning therefore it could be very hot. We suggest adding a reservation service for the restaurants because for some of them there was a long line (Japanese and Barbeque).

Only complain is you gotta call a few time when you need something for the room & the guy that refill the mini fridge would knock and IMMEDIATELY open the door. Had to get a bit serious with him the second morning he did it. But I would recommend this resort

I really wanted to give this property a 4/5, the hotel is beautiful and clean for the most part besides for some unclean corners around the stairs and in the hallway. The service was poor, I think mostly because they are understaffed, the dinning services is the worst. Our foods took long at all the dinning options unless we ate at the buffet which beliveor not was better than the restaurants. The servers don't seem to be happy and the wait is way too long. The bar is good and bartenders are friendly ams nice. We have been traveling for many years and ican say this is probably the worst service so far. We most likely wont be returning here but we loved Curacao and will be back.

I had such a wonderful weekend with my son! We really cherished our time together. The surroundings, pool, food, amenities, room, and cleanliness all were great! I did notice that all of the staff seemed a little reserved and weren’t as welcoming as we had hoped. However, one team member from the restaurant really stood out and greeted me with warmth, which was such a lovely touch! I think a little more interaction from the staff could really enhance the overall experience. It felt like the restaurants were a bit disorganized at times, and I believe a little training for the younger staff could really help improve things. While I didn’t encounter any issues myself, I noticed a few moments where clearer communication could have made things even smoother. Overall, it was a delightful trip, and a bit more warmth from the team would definitely make it even better! Solid Good everyone!

Not quite sure how anyone could give this property a bad review. It is absolutely incredible. The options for food and the staff was top notch. Just cause it’s all inclusive doesn’t mean you don’t have to tip. Give these hard working young men and women a tip don’t be cheap. Those reviews I have read where people say the staff are not friendly or don’t attend to their needs must have had to many rum punches. Everything is close by you can either walk or take a taxi ride. I felt like a king for my entire stay and will definitely return to this property.

Our stay at the Rif was enjoyable. The property was clean and quiet, and the ambience was very relaxing, making for a pleasant vacation. However, improvements are needed in the hotel's customer service and in making allowances for special circumstances. Check-in was slow during peak hours, there were periods when all the restaurants were closed and there wasn't easy access to food. Finally, when requesting a roll-in crib, the mattress in the crib was a piece of cardboard covered in a sponge. It was very disappointing and heartbreaking to put my baby to sleep. I expected better for a Hilton hotel.

Resort was ok! Food was not good! Room service took forever 4hrs !! Waiting way too long at restaurants with plenty of staff. Not a lot of Entertainment but outside of the resort food was good ! Night life and beach clubs were good outside the resort. No bath rags. Staff and friendly people made the trip. Room service did not clean rooms in timely way. Out of the room at the latest 9- 10 am back at 7pm and room was they way we left it and all we wanted was bed maid
