The property was close proximity (walkable) to the aquarium and mambo blvd that had many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The property was close to activities such as Eric’s ATV.

The staff and servers in the hotel make the whole experience. Ate twice in Nemos with the wonderful Jasper and company making it a memorable experience. However when I booked in I explained I’d be travelling with my Mom with mobility issues. We were given a room quite a distance away and only one king bed. They are stated it was only a request booked by Expedia and brought in a cot for 2 nights. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with a booking with an outside party and they said if I booked direct they likely would have given me 2 full beds. To be honest I was not happy and rather than making an issue to the start of my holiday I let it go. You decide what you would do. Since we were only there 2 nights before our cruise I thought, l thought lesson learned… always book direct.

A great resort, everything needed in one place. Super close to mambo Beach shops and restaurants, having the aquarium walkable on another bonus. He didn’t need to leave the resort, however, very easy to travel into the capital and all the other amazing beaches and experiences around.

Casual, laid back beach resort.

I just returned from a 10 day stay at the hotel. The Ocean View Deluxe rooms have been renovated and are a lot nicer, and cleaner than a standard ocean view room. The hotel has a great location and sits on a really nice beach. The food onsite was just ok, but there are excellent restaurants within a 5 min walk just along the beach. Hemingway's restaurant was very loud, and very lively at night on the weekends. The resort is a very casual, laid back family hotel.

Easy access to lots of restaurants and shops but not in town. Close to limited hiking trails. Good for night snorkeling right out front. Staff very helpful with booking tours and other suggestions. Their disco is quite loud and we could hear the base nonstop till late many nights. Other than that, great!

The Lions Dive resort is amazing. I took my two daughters (18 & 11) and we had the best time!! We stayed at the Lions Dive for half of our trip to Curacao and then stayed at another resort for the other half of our trip. The LD was so nice and set the bar so high that when we left and checked in to the second resort it simply didn't stack up. First of all the beach, sand, cabanas, lagoon, food and staff are ALL AWESOME!! Literally not one complaint. I sincerely hope to go back there again someday. I have been to alot of different vacation destinations and my trip to Curacao at the Lions Dive certainly ranks right up at the top. I would tell anyone to go check this place out. I have never seen better beaches/water.

No North American outlets.

A lot was great about this place and we'd come back. A few areas of improvement. Despite Curacao using the North American Type A/B outlets according to numerous sources including the Curaçao Tourism Board, the rooms only had European Type F and they charged $2 for converters. FYI swimming pools close at sunset.
