The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
This home is just minutes away from SAWGRASS GROVE entertainment center, Ezell Regional Recreation Center, Southern Oaks Championship golf course, and SO MUCH MORE!
This home is NOT pet friendly.
Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Beautiful Home, thought of everything, great value!
We had a wonderful time for our first visit to the Villages! This home is beautiful! It has all of the necessities to make it feel like home.
A few highlights:
*Lovely decor
*King bed- comfortable
*Coffee pot with coffee and creamer provided
*Extremely clean
*Great golf cart included- absolutely necessary for the full Villages experience
*Kitchen has pans, toaster, utensils, mugs, dishwash supplies, trash bags, basically all of the small things that a traveler needs and rentals seldom have. This was so thoughtful!
*Great wifi
*We would return in a heartbeat!
