Our family-friendly home is suitable to meet all of your needs! At 2,400 square feet, this home contains four bedrooms (one master bedroom with a king bed, two with queen beds, one with twin beds, and a futon) and three full bathrooms, spacious enough to comfortably fit up to 10 people. For those that enjoy staying in and having home cooked meals with the family, the home comes stocked with a fully-loaded kitchen, in terms of both appliances (dishwasher, George Foreman grill, microwave, toaster, four burner gas powered stove, drink mixer, blender, coffee pot, etc) and accessories (pots, pans, mugs, martini and wine glasses, silverware, etc.). The dining area contains both bar-style and table seating, and can comfortably fit up to 12 people at a time (4 at the bar, 8 at the table).

In addition, the house contains two living areas, each with two couches and a television, a fully furnished balcony, and a one car garage and space for two additional cars (one in driveway, one parallel parked on street blocking in the driveway). located within walking distance from Convention Center and one block from beach and boardwalk, makes this property the perfect location for a great vacation.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Wildwood Boardwalk. Features include a water park and an arcade/game room. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 3 bathrooms in the condo.

Awesome beach vacation!
Our family was so comfortable and happy in Sal's home! With 9 of us ranging in age from 1 to 66 years old, it was great to have so many spaces to stretch into. Lots of comfortable beds and bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen. We spent much of our time on the balcony enjoying the breeze and sunsets. Because it was so close to the beach and boardwalk, we could visit the shore every day. Sal was responsive and very accommodating to any question or request we had. We're already planning to come back next year! Thank you, Sal!

GREAT PROPERTY AND LOCATION

Nice place needs some repairs,blinds,shower doors etc Did not like having to wash linens.No pass word for tv unable to watch sports No supplies e-paper products,soap for dishwasher, toilet paper.cookware poor ,and was not made aware of the 3 flights. Otherwise comfortable living space.

Our overall experience was excellent. The condo is big and spacious. The design allows for the whole group to congregate together comfortably yet big enough to have your own space. As you would with any condo rental you bring what you need but it was a nice surprise to have some of those extras you always forget present for your use if you need it. There were bikes, beach towels and beach chairs available to us. One block from beach in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Salvatore, the owner, answered my crazy text messages and calls usually within 5 mins. He was great!! A great experience all around. I will be booking here again in the future.

We had a great week and Sal was great as well. He was more friendly than I expected when I called him at 1AM for the door code! We arrived late Saturday and I misplaced rhe code and could not wake my daughter. I guess if the code was emailed or on the VRBO site it would have been easier and Sal would have slept better 🙂. Location, size, amenities were all as advertised. A big gas grill would be a plus, but maybe you can't have one on the balcony and it's a second floor unit. All in all a great trip! Thanks Sal!

Close to the beach!
The cleaners didn't get there before check in..but the owner rectified it immediately! There is plenty of room to spread out..so if you have large family you can separate kids from adults no problem. It was just myself and significant other and it was a perfect getaway for an extended long weekend over the labor day holiday!

Summer Kickoff Weekend
Overall we were impressed! The condo was clean, spacious, and came equip with everything we could possibly need especially the kitchen! The mattresses were comfortable and the rooms were all good sizes with adequate storage. Parking was a bit tricky but we made it work. Neighbors were welcoming and helpful and the location was perfect!
