This two-bed, two-bath villa is available from May 1st, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The villa is situated in the coveted Village of Richmond and comes with a Yesteryear Golf Cart, bikes, linens, a fully equipped kitchen, a double-car garage, screed-in Linai, corner lot, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and two TVs. It is pet-friendly and is in an excellent location. You can easily access Brownwood Paddock Square, Publix, Lake Okahumpa, and numerous brand-new recreation centers within 5 minutes on the golf cart. The brand-new Clarendon Rec Center is a short walk away and boasts family and adult pools, pickleball courts, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, sand courts, platform tennis, and outdoor exercise equipment. There are walking trails, kayak launches, fire pits, golf courses, and pitch and putt nearby. You can enjoy all the brand-new furnishings that create an inviting and comfortable environment. Both bedrooms have smart TVs and cable. One bedroom comes with a king-size bed, and the other has a queen-size bed. You will have all the amenities you need to feel at home. Beach chairs, beach towels, and bicycles are available for your use.

Electric Bike Rental:

If you want to explore the area further, you can rent our recumbent electric bikes. These bikes are extraordinarily comfortable and come with Ego Electric assist systems. The system includes an integrated 36/48-volt 500w motor mounted at the trike's front, which is motor-driven with pedal assist. The battery is mounted behind the trike's seat, and there is a handlebar-mounted computer and controller for easy access. The wiring loom is well-protected, and the bike is effortless to ride. You must sign a waiver before renting the bike, and you must be responsible for using it correctly. The rental price is $50 per day, $200 per week, and $500 per month.
