Minutes away from the new Southern Oaks championship golf course, state of the art Ezell recreation center and the new Sawgrass Village square! This is a non smoking home that will allow 2 dogs under 20 lbs. with an additional pet security. The Villages, Florida community has golf and other activities with a guest resident ID. Guest Resident ID not included in rent cost or fees and must be purchased separately upon arrival. To obtain the ID the cost is $50 for 2 cards to the Villages FL sales office and information center. Please request IDs on booking.
