On our first stay - pool wasn't clean/available. On our attempted 2nd stay a week later, we were in a major accident and some were in the ER. I called to cancel, but was still charged. Hotel blamed website, website blamed hotel.

Overall it wasn’t bad, but the bed was terrible. Having a bad back and the state of the mattress made the stay worse than it would have been if the bed was in better condition. Next time I’ll stay at a different hotel and just drive further to my destination instead.

Unsafe
The floor was greasy and I fell. Instead of making a big deal I asked that they refund my stay to cover my doc copay. Have never heard back and get no answer when calling. I even called Hilton and they assured me I would get a call back promptly.
