Great property
We enjoyed our stay at the Upscale Abode. The property was in great shape, was very comfortable for our family, and was beautiful. The owner was able to be reached when needed and was helpful in answering our questions. Check in and out was easy as well.

Best Vrbo home in Wichita
Came for Christmas holidays and was blown away by this wonderful place. Was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything you might need. The decor was beautiful. Room for the whole family meal and relaxation. I come to town every couple of months and have stayed a lot of different places, but this one was exceptional. Will rent again and recommend highly to anyone. Thank you Sonia for being the best host ever!

Girls weekend
Some of my friend girls and I use this beautiful home as a weekend get away and reset. The beds were super comfy and the accommodations were better than they look on the pictures. Everything was labeled and had clear instructions. I would definitely use it again.

Cute house
The house is a nice size if you have multiple families staying together like we did. Location and neighborhood were awesome, except for the rooster next door. After a few days you kind of get used to him. Our only issue was with the thermostat that wouldn’t stay set at any temp above 64 degrees. We had to reset every few hours or it would just drop back down. House was fully stocked with many amenities. Very cute cozy home.

Pictures Don't Do It Justice!
This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was just my spouse and I but would also be great for larger groups, as there is a lot of space. In addition to the front porch pictured, there is a back porch as well as a screened-in balcony off the main bedroom upstairs! Also, there is no need to wait on a coffee here! There are multiple coffee makers throughout the house and a good variety of coffee is available. Great stay!

Family wedding in Wichita
Five family members drove or flew in for a family wedding and stayed at the upscale abode. The house was clean, well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The house is in a nice /safe neighborhood and conveniently located. The coffee on hand was greatly appreciated and enjoyed on the back deck in the mornings.

Beautiful Home
Absolutely beautiful home. You can tell they have spent alot of time making it a home to enjoy. Very clean and stocked with everything you could need. We even played giant jenga on the covered back deck. Bathrooms were large and clean. Coffee bar upstairs and downstairs! Environment was like I was at my own home. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to wichita! Thank you!

Older property, but convenient location for us. Loved shower/bath in second floor room. Nice outdoor area. For our family - too many stairs and did not care for satin sheets. I could not find other sheets to change the bed.

Long weekend in Wichita attending downtown convention
A group of ten friends including me came to Wichita for a convention downtown at the Hyatt regency and this property was within close proximity and in a nice neighborhood. There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and the house was even bigger than I thought. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook and pretty close to a couple grocery stores. Would recommend for any family or large group

Family time best time!
We sayed with our children and grandchildren! Beautiful home with plenty of space! Kids ages 3,2 and 1.5 loved the open spaces to play. Kitchen and dining area were perfect for our group as we stayed in and ate there. Highly recommend this property.
