The room smelled like pee, they over charged us, there was used towels and soap. The light to bathroom did not turn on, and there was pee inside the toilet from the previous room user.

Staff was great, kind & listened. The blankets had cigarette holes. The toilet wouldn’t refill. The maintainance man appologized and fixed it between 9:30-10pm. The towel rack came out of the wall. The room phone was disconnected so if we needed to contact the desk we had to walk down there.

The staff was GREAT. The room had cigarette holes in two of the blankets., the telephone was shut off when we wanted to call the office, the towel bar came out of the wall & the toilet didn't refill on it's own. The maintainance man came in to fix it at 10 pm.

TV remote did not work, toilet paper dispenser was broken, center of mattress was falling in (bed may have been broken) ice bucket was filthy, no breakfast of any type (despite being advertised).texted management and was told no one was available and they would call when available (no one called), used app to contact Expedia and was told they could not take care of this.issue.

When I arrived, there was a woman outside with children. I waited at the lobby for 10 minutes, then called. The woman outside came in and it turns out, she was the clerk. She did not apologize, her child stepped in front of me to ask her a question. There was a dirty rubber glove on the floor in front of the desk, it smelled like cigarrette smoke throughout the lobby. When I got to the room, it was disgusting. It smelled like mold. There were stains on the bedspread, the carpets, cigarette burns on the counters and tub, the metal holding the ceiling tiles were covered in rust in the bathroom. The walls were patched but not painted. I.couldnt stay there. I went downstairs and checked out. Horrible! Do not stay here!

Disappointing family suite
We are a family of six and stayed in the family suite. It was dirty! It smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The smoke detector was missing from party of the room and the other was covered with a plastic bag and hair tie. The tv didn’t work. The bathroom was filthy and half the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. The sheets were stained and the bed were so noisey. The IT systems were down so we couldn’t check in for about 45 minutes when we arrived late at night. This is not our usual experience while staying at a super 8. We were very disappointed.

It was a convenient location close to IHOP and other restaurants. The room rate was its best selling point for me. It didn’t have a microwave but the May have provided one if I had asked.

Worst hotel stay of my life I can’t even begin to tell u how bad this stay was for me. It wld be too much to text on here. Please save ur money and sleep on the corner u will probably be more comfortable
