We have stayed here annually since 2013 i believe. What ive noticed is the stained and worn down carpets. Things need aprucing up.

Tired, rusty tub, peeling paint, sticky carpet, smelly room - all this elements make for a poor visit. The staff is friendly, but the hotel needs an overhaul.

Did the job, convenient location!
Hotel was well located for our purposes as we were easily able to walk over to Bradley Fair for fireworks on the 4th and meals out and shopping the other days. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for both my husband (side sleeper) and I (side, back) The bathroom could use some updating- specifically the tub which was shaped in a weird way that it was extra slippery and the water didn’t drain as efficiently as it should. We didn’t ever try the breakfast as we slept through it most days, but coffee was available in the lobby throughout the day which was nice for us late risers.

Location is everything with this hotel, within walking distance from great shopping and dining. Beautiful views of a pond with walking trail. The room itself was clean but dated and bathroom tub needs some attention along with the broken mirror.

Check in agent was really confused about our reservation. Didn’t make me show my ID. Asked if the cc on file was the card we wanted to use for payment when we had already paid online. Also the last 4 numbers on the cc to verify payment were not a credit card we owned? Confirmed we had been charged by checking bank statement. Agent told us to just check out with front desk in morning and gave us a key card to our room. Room itself was fine, nothing special. Bathroom had been “redone” recently but floor was wonky and uneven. Also tub was weirdly shaped kinda like curved about was awkward and weird to stand in.

The room was well prepared, clean, and stocked,.Straff was friendly. However, I left a wake up call for 530am that never came. I woke up on my own at 630 which meant I did not have time for a shower.
