Tired but clean property

This is an older hotel and seems quite "tired" and in need of an update. However, it was very clean and the smaller room had comfortable beds. Breakfast has the usual fare, but the oatmeal was so thick it had to be watered down by the manager and it was then glopped in the bottom of the label. I suspect it was leftover from the previous day. The brown sugar was hard and had to be scraped out of the container.

Friendly Front Desk

The hotel is/was under construction on a couple of the floors. Never the less, the room I stayed in was nice and clean. Service staff deserves a 5 Star. Very courteous and helpful. Very large variety of breakfast items was a nice accomodation. I will stay here next time I am in Wichitas.

Rude front desk. Had to swipe my card 3 times after it said approved. The plug in don’t work. The toilet squeaks the door doesn’t lock unless you pick up the door to lock it. USB chargers are broke and don’t work. Tv doesn’t work no conditioner or body wash toilet ran all night.

Very Good Nice Hotel Staff Friendly

Very friendly greeting. Gave us little snacks and free, cold water. Room was really nice. It had just been remodeled. Huge bathroom it was very handicapped friendly. Shower very nice with lots of grab bars. If you are handicapped this is the room to get. Breakfast was good. Eggs were fresh. An attendant was there keeping everything well stocked.

Enjoyed our stay in Wichita

Front desk attendant was quite helpful upon our arrival. Breakfast was quite nice and very clean looking. Outside parking was well lit. No problems!

Nice but outdated

Nice hotel but outdated. Service was good. Soap in room didn’t work or was out of soap. TV is locked out with no guide, we Couldn’t hook up iPad to watch movies, no streaming either.

This hotel is nice. The lobby is nice, the rooms are big and spacious. I did notice the tub was pulling away from the wall in our room. Also, we specifically booked this hotel for the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was not working and the pool was ice cold. We were pretty frustrated that neither were available for use during our stay. We could have stayed somewhere MUCH cheaper with the same rooms and breakfast without a pool and hot tub.
