The hotel overall was nice. Our room did not have a working bathroom fan so showers would make the entire room humid, bathroom also had some broken tiles that were unpleasant. All the staff where super friendly. It felt clean and tidy. I would stay here again and would recommend others to as well.

There were dirty tissues in the Kleenex box in the bathroom. There is no airport shuttle available on Sundays. There was no mention of this service having limited availability. If I hadn't checked into the hotel before returning my rental car I would not have had transportation to the airport for my 5:50 am flight.

Since we arrived at 2:30 pm instead of after 3:00 they only had one room available. Apparently every other room in the whole hotel was being cleaned at the same time. There were no carts available for us to use for our luggage and was told they must be being used by other people or left somewhere else in the hotel. After we made 3 trips to and from our car to hand carry everything in we found one cart outside one of the side doors and brought it in ourselves. There had been a flood from a room only 2 rooms from the room we were given leaving the carpet in the hallway soaked and as of bedtime is still soaked. They have a fan blowing down the hall to try to dry it out. There is a musty stench in our room. When we stayed at this hotel just 2 weeks ago it wasn't like this. There were different people working the front desk. The man that checked us in was rude and practically accused us for causing the room and cart situation all because we wanted to check in 30 minutes early.

I really don't have any compliments other than there wasn't a telephone in our room also the volume on the TV wouldn't work, we did tell the front desk and were told it was because they are remodeling the rooms. I had requested a wheelchair accessible room and they made all the accommodations that they could for me. We will definitely book with you again.

Great, convenient hotel near my conference. Free breakfast was good. Quiet hotel; ask for a room on the backside of the hotel if freeway noise bothers you.

When I arrived the TV was on in my room The hallway on my floor smelled like day-old fried chicken the entire time I was there. The ice maker was broken on my floor. The shower bathtub drain was extremely slow, and the shower head wasn't great. The desk chair in the room was wonky and hard to sit in for any length of time. It looked like art had been removed from one wall but nothing was repaired Tile broken in the bathroom Damage on the wall behind the easy chair The refrigerator was never cold enough to keep food from spoiling Every time my neighbor flushed or took a shower, that was all I could hear in my room. Every piece of cardio equipment in the exercise room was broken on some level and not useable. A fly kept bothering me at breakfast on the last day You can not get your reward points if you book through Expedia
