Parking was inconvenient to our room. No sidewalk connecting our parking spot to sidewalk entrance to bldg. Puddles of water in parking area; wet grass behind car from rain in area. No offer of ice or direction to machine.

It didnt feel like a normal "hotel", it was better. It has a beautiful backyard with a pool that definitely doesn't feel like its in a big city. It was nice and quiet and I didn't feel worried even though I was a woman traveling by myself.

One day business Trip
noted that the bathroom rug had not been vacuumed as there was a lot of loose threads and bits of trash on it. No trashcan available in the room for use other than tiny one found in under the sink. Water to the toilet was turned off and I had to turn it on to use the toilet. Did also have to wait more than 15 minutes for the person at registration to return from what she was doing to check our reservation.

The whole room needed a remodel. Carpet was seperated from the walls exposing electrical wire, the air conditioner had a bad odor coming from it, and there was a big hole under the cabinet that a small dog could have went through.

It stunk, the room was funky the pool water stank from the hotel stinking. They need to detail clean, the corners in the room was dirty and the floors too. The elevator was dirty all weekend

They didn’t have extra pillows for the sofa bed so we had to get some ourselves and the pool was very small… Other than that it was a great stay and I’ll definitely be back..

When we got to the first room it had a very strong mold smell to it. It was so bad that the hotel had the windows open in the room to try to hide it. Then they gave us another room and it also had a strong oder to it. But we stayed in it because it was 11 o’clock at night and we were tired. The next morning we woke up to dead bugs in the bathroom. So we packed out stuff and I went to check out. They made me pay for three night when I only stayed there one night. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. I will never stay there again and I hope no one else does.
