Nastiest place i have ever stayed in my lifeBreakfast got us sick and was cold. Waffle mix was sour, juice got left in the dispenser ovovernightll the time. They have also had a failed food inspection through the city of wichita. The manager is the rudest, cheapest womanizer i have ever met in my life. He keeps everyones deposits and uses the excuse of a stain being on a towel or sheet when those items are already stained before use. The rroms have very bad black mold and got my daughter sent to the hospital. He covers up the black mold with a little bit of plaster and paint in every bathroom. There was a huge gapping hole in our bathtub that he put some type of nasty moldy putty on and covered it up with a rubber bath mat. If you stay here do not plan on getting your deposit back and try not to have any dealings with the manager he will cuss and yell at you and charge you hundreds of dollars for his already stained ripped towels and sheets. HE DID THIS TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE DURING OUR 1 MONTH STAY. During our stay we had to switch plenty of rooms so we got to see ala lotf issues every room has. The manager is careless and treats his female employess like they are trash. He plays the blame game towards all his female ememployees. Whe customer has an ississue,heames and yells at them. He tried to say i stole a sheet when i went to replace the dirty sheet he had on our bed. The hotel stinks,and ac/heaters smell really badly of moldy must. DONT RISK STAYING HERE!! VERY BAD PLAC

The standard rooms are delightful, not something I'd often say, ever say, about a hotel. The rooms are open, large enough to live in, kitchen with old style but normal sized range/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. some supplies (we had our camping gear), with counter as table and desk, couch and comfy chair, bed & bath. What makes these rooms though are the large windows that today let the sun and breezes in. I'd stayed here in spring, when the trees in courtyard were blooming, the smell... Staff was VERY helpful, breakfast is meh though there are hot eggs, I'd stay here again, absolutely. Drove hundreds of miles to get here, well, to see Big Boy on CP's tour. Oh, and the price is just right. I'll give it a 98, you can dance to it.

Cute little room was a quick trip so it worked the shower handle needs check no ice bucket fridge wasn't plugged in so didn't use. But for someone looking for a fees nights it should work for you.great location quite area.

This is an older facility, but for the most part it was clean. The curtains in my room were ripped and falling down so it was difficult to pull them together to keep out the light. The breakfast was a bare minimum. This may sound like a negative review, but I'm not meaning for that. Just stating the facts. Yes, I would stay there again for the price/value. Staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was easy.

Failed to clean room. .no clean towels-- trash not removed. Dish washer broken sign taped to it tore and dirty. Halls not vacuumed. Clerk lied that room had been cleaned. Another customer said that their room had also not been cleaned.
