The property is in a good part of town. The outside looks fine driving up but inside it smells of cigarettes and musty carpet. Outdated.

Check-in process took forever, as no one was at the front when we arrived. Husband waited out front 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Feeling a bit frustrated they wouldn’t let us check out late. I just gave birth 3 hours before checking in and our appointment isn’t until 4:30 next day with our provider. While I know the typical procedure and checkout time is already established, there are just some times in life when you hope someone could go the extra mile to help out another, but nope we are being charged for two nights so that we aren’t laying around in our truck for 3 hours before a two hour drive home.

This was an overnight stay for us with our cat. Our room was a large suite, clean with a comfortable bed and great shower. The dishwasher was broken with a blinking light and the universal remote for the TV had a caption button but it didn’t work. They also had luggage carts to use which was greatly appreciated.

Decent property BUT desperately needs a facelift and/or new ownership. Twice in a row, I had missing supplies like an empty body wash dispenser having jumped into the washer! Peeling paint, visible drywall joint paper,...this facility needs help.

Parking was inconvenient to our room. No sidewalk connecting our parking spot to sidewalk entrance to bldg. Puddles of water in parking area; wet grass behind car from rain in area. No offer of ice or direction to machine.
