Dirty dusty room, trash left behind, bathroom light not working, toilet paper pretty much empty. Bed was hallowed. My husband went to the front to talk to receptionist, he was rude about the situation and told him straight out that he was not going to give him a refund, he did not try to find a solution so we ended up leaving and had to find another place to sleep at

I travelled to Wichita Falls to ride in the Hotter 'N Hell century ride. This was a very nice facility. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's a great facility for a 1-2 night stay.

The bed was atrocious. Absolutely horrible. It was too soft, and did not feel clean. The breakfast options showed "healthy alternatives", but none shown were actually available.
