The Apartment - a spectacular luxuriously appointed apartment, contemporary designed with modern furniture and amenities that will not disappoint. This apartment is located on a hilltop 5-10 minutes from Hamilton Island Harbour and main Resort.

The Views - as soon as you arrive you will want to kick off your shoes and travel clothes, unwind, and relax on the balcony of this stylish, open-planned apartment and look forward to the magnificent sunsets and the breathtaking views of the ocean, the minute Plum Pudding Island, Henning and Whitsunday Islands. From your balcony, sit back and watch the day go by and enjoy watching the planes, yachts and ferries disappearing into the distance. Sip a glass of champagne as the sun disappears behind the Whitsunday Islands with unbelievable colours shooting across the sky and the sea.

The Kitchen - is modern and with a well appointed layout. Travertine bench tops, Smeg stainless steel appliances i.e. oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It is stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.

The Living Room - for those of you who cannot leave city life behind completely, you will enjoy the benefits of a 42" large Plasma TV and home theatre package, DVD, and a CD stereo (iPod compatible). The balcony doors fold away creating an opening the full width of the living room, onto a very spacious balcony. This allows you to marvel at the many spectacular sunsets over the Whitsunday’s. The balcony has an outdoor setting and a new BBQ .

The Floor Plan - is well designed, separating the sleeping and living areas and maximizing the views from Kitchen and living areas and generous balconies. Most nights, when not dining out, you can take advantage of "Al Fresco" style dining, with an outdoor setting, BBQ facilities and views you will never tire of, over the beautiful Dent Passage. At night the heavens are dotted with millions of sparkling stars, numbers of which, you never thought possible, will take your breath away.

Air Conditioning - this apartment is fully self-contained, with individual air-conditioning in each room, ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.

The Laundry - a fully equipped laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

The Linen - for peace of mind, all linen, bath and beach towels are supplied for your convenience.

The Master Bedroom - is generously appointed with split/king size bed. Thus giving you the choice of a king size bed, or two king singles, perfect depending on whether you are travelling with family or friends. It also has a generous built-in-robe with mirrored doors, DVD & LCD TV and an ensuite with room to move. The master bedroom also opens up to a balcony with more uninterrupted views, which is ideal for some quiet time and a good book.

The Second Bedroom - again, has a split/king bed, giving you the same options and opens out onto the master bedroom balcony and a built in robe with mirrored doors.

The Third Bedroom - has 2 single beds and built in robe.

The Facilities – you have access to all resort facilities, including Water Sports*, Golf Course* Gymnasium*, Beauty Spa*, Tennis*, Squash*, Ten Pin Bowling* Go Karts, Shooting Range* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. *Charges may apply.

For the days where you may not feel like a cruise on the Great Barrier Reef, the beach or 3 Resort pools (with free 24/7 access) are always another option to enjoy. There are over 20 boutique and specialty stores, should you feel the need for some retail therapy. There are plenty of activities and tours available, as well as child minding and babysitting services. There are over 10 restaurants, takeaways, bakery, ice cream parlour, medical centre and a IGA Supermarket on the Island. For those business needs, there are computer, fax and internet facilities available. Charges may apply.

Most credit cards are accepted on the island. There is an ATM outside the Westpac Bank on the marina side of the Island. EFTPOS facilities are also available.

In addition to the various resort pools, all guests and residents of these apartments, have the use of a private plunge pool directly adjacent to your front door.

The Buggy - you will have the exclusive use of an electric 4 seater complimentary buggy, which is a great way to get around to the Marina and Restaurants. A free Shuttle Bus, less than one minute walk from your Apartment, runs regularly all over the Resort.

The Valet Service - included in your holiday package is a complimentary valet service. Upon arrival at the Airport or Ferry Terminal, you will be met with a friendly smile and you and your luggage will be taken to your apartment and the same friendly face will greet you at the end of your holiday to return you to the terminal of your choice.

Property was fine, except for the owners frugal like attitude.
Three adults, one a mother, and two young children. We were informed that the owner would only issue one key and that key was security padlocked to the power on key to the whole unit. So, mother and children go to one activity, grandfather and friend go to another activity, the dilemma is who control's the key. Who's likely to get back first, etc. What a tight arse pain the owner must be. You see, when you leave, the power on key must go with the house key, thus turning off all lights and AC. Tried leaving the key under one of the many rocks at the entry, but in the end the property had to be left unlocked for the random goings of children and adults. AC and power left on for the comfort of all. Our buggy had broken indicator leaver hanging off the steering column on arrival. It was to be repaired that afternoon. No one came. We left three messages with the managing agent. Never received a reply. We repaired the indicator lever by package taping it to the string column. Hamilton Island is a great place to holiday. I go there every year, sometimes twice. Guess where I won't be staying next time.
