High Tide is a very modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a luscious garden and driveway.

This newly built spacious house is very modern and comfortable with private parking for 1 car, 3 double bedrooms, family bathroom, an en -suite and a garden with a large lawn to play games on or sunbathe.

You check in using a key box code. I am however local to the area, so if you need anything or have any questions, I am only a phone call away and a short drive!

The beautiful Whitstable Castle with gardens to stroll around and a kids play park is only round the corner as well as the historic working harbour where you can catch a boat trip. A 7 minute walk leads to the shops and many restaurants.
Visits to the surrounding towns of Herne Bay with its historic Pier and Canterbury with its breathtaking Cathedral are only a short bus ride away with buses running every 15 minutes from Tower Parade.
Whitstable Station at the end of the road takes you to the coastal towns of Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs whilst the other way gets you to London in under 2 hours.

You have access to all areas in the property apart from the projector in the living room and the loft cupboard.

As you walk in the front door you will find a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and 6 stools. Across the hallway is a luxurious living room with bifold doors leading to the garden which is laid with AstroTurf and adorned with potted flowers. There is a dining table & 6 chairs on the patio for the warmer months. Between the kitchen and living room there is a convenient utility area with separate WC and basin. The large 1st floor has 2 double bedrooms (1 with an en suite shower room). On the same floor you will find a family bathroom with a relaxing bath, WC and basin. The large attic bedroom has a double bed and sofa to relax. To the front of the property there is private parking as well as free street parking.

There is off road parking for 1 car and there is free street parking on the road and surrounding roads. The nearest paid parking is Gorrell Tank car park. You can view the charges on the Canterbury City Council website. Parking can be limited in the high season but once you have parked up, you are close enough to walk into town, beach, shops etc.

You can also visit the 'Just Park' website to find out where to park in Whitstable.

There are frequent buses running from Whitstable to Herne Bay and Canterbury. You will find bus stops along Tankerton Road, Harbour Street, High Street, Oxford Street etc.

The trains from Whitstable station will take you to Ramsgate or further afield to London. Whitstable Train Station is about a 5 minute walk at the end of the road.

Whitstable Taxi services are available for short fares or airport runs.

The nearest airports are in London and the nearest Ferry port is in Dover.
