My sojourn was positive. The rooms (I spent my time in two different rooms in two different times) were clean and comfortable. Only blemish is that one time, I heard the the sound of the TV next door: somewhat bothersome. But happily, that didn't last long.

Temperature was scorching in several rooms, staff said could not get it to come down. 26c in my room, despite it being 14c outside, finally late in evening found a room that wasn't too hot to sleep in. Old, tired property, needs major reno.

Average price for the area and walking distance to downtown sights, dinung and shops. Older motel with very basic rooms showing their age. Not great sound seperation betwwen rooms. Roku tv with lots of free channels: volume is on the side of the remote. Coffe maker, mini fridge, black out curtains. Decent water pressure in the shower but fixed showerhead. Overall, next time, with more choices available, I'd book something a little nicer for a few dollars more per night.
