Lakefront Tiki Retreat with Hot Tub!

Summary:
Lakefront on Pontiac Lake, 4 Bedroom 3 full bathrooms home with a Tiki inspired garage! Relax your days away while watching tv on one of the 7 flat screen smart TVs in the home or read a book in the sunroom. Go out on the water using one of the kayaks or just fish from the dock. Make some smores at the firepit with natural log seating or just kick back on the deck and relax under the stars! Make sure to save some time for the hot tub to make the end of your day super relaxing, the hot tub is available all year round. The home is located next to Pontiac Recreation State Park, there are hiking trails all around the property for a fun day out in the woods. Do you like looking for treasure? We provide a metal detector for some treasure hunting fun! From games to endless outdoor activities, the fun never ends!

The Space:
There are 4 bedrooms for sleeping, all with Smart TV's, 3 full bathrooms, The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Living room with a table for game play or eating that seats 8 and a large smart TV. The Dining room area has bar stool seating for 5 people. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything. The sunroom has a twinkle light ceiling and is very relaxing, there is also a chaise lounge and an indoor picnic table for eating or game play. Venture outside to the back deck to use the hot tub or sit and relax. There is also a childs picnic table on the back deck. Head out to the deck off of the garage to entertain with the tiki bar and tiki table seating. Inside of the garage you will find a tiki inspired fun place to hang out! There is an indoor tiki bar, Smart TV, darts, a paradise photo back drop, a daybed with a trundle (2 twins), a bongo drum, Cornhole game, Ms. Pacman 2 player arcade with over 400 games, lots of lei's to use and the wonderful game of Limbo! When you are ready try out the karaoke machine in the garage!! Now onto the lake, take a kayak tour of the lake or swim a bit in the shallows, you can fish from the dock as well, you can also drive a short distance to the local beach which is a huge hit in the summer months!

Guest Access:
There is a keycode that you will be given the morning of check in, We also have a lockbox just in case.

The Neighborhood:
This is a state park bordering neighborhood, Within a 10 minute drive you have multiple restaurant choices, shopping and recreation! We are also less than 15 minutes from Alpine Ski Lodge for winter fun!
