The master bedroom suite with a king bed, offers a large walk-in closet, a private balcony with mountain views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on this level has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. The third bedroom is set up with a queen bed. The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, and adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center where guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a liquor store, a coffee shop, and other retail outlets.
Driving: The drive into the village is less than 2 minutes.
Walking: approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive.
Public Transit: There is a public bus stop is located just a 5 minute walk away. The bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 7 minute ride to the village (approximately $2.50 per ride).
Taxi / Rideshare: Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

NO SUBLETTING
Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION
To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, all reservations go through a verification process. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your official government-issued ID, and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit of $1,500 CAD. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in.
We cannot provide access to the unit until this process is completed. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the next steps.
