Located above Whistler's Creekside in the private ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood of Taluswood, this fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome makes the perfect Whistler getaway. With access to the communal outdoor pool (summer only) and hot tub, ski-in/ski-out trails and downhill biking trails this home has year-round amenities.

Spread out over a single level this spacious townhome offers two bedrooms, the master bedroom with access to the private balcony overlooking forested views with a queen bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bunk that sleeps 4, a sitting chair, and a small desk space. The second bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the unit for privacy. The main bathroom is shared with the second bedroom and living spaces. The modern sleek kitchen offers all the amenities needed for cooking and entertaining. The open concept dining and living room, with a pullout sofa, is centered on a wood-burning fireplace with access to the large private balcony. Complete with in-suite laundry, a spacious entranceway, and a private single-car garage.

LOCATION
This unit is located in Whistler's Creekside area in Taluswood. Approximately a 5-7 minute drive to the main Whistler Village and a 3-minute drive to Whistler's Creekside base. The unit is ski-in/-ski-out through intermediate trails to and from the Dave Murray Downhill run. A short 1-2 minute walk to the ski-out trails pops you just up the hill from the base of the mountain. (Note- the ski in /out trail conditions are subject to snow and may be inactive in the early or late winter season - such as the months of Nov, April, and May). A vehicle is necessary, as the public bus service does not go up to the Taluswood area. Taxi service is available. A year-round hot tub and pool are exclusive to this complex, which is located about a 1-2 minute walk below the unit. This quiet setting is perfect for guests who do not want to be right in the village hustle and bustle but appreciate the convenience of being close to all Whistler has to offer.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

NO SUBLETTING
Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.

CHECK IN INFORMATION
To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, all reservations go through a verification process. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your official government-issued ID, and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit of $500 CAD. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in.
We cannot provide access to the unit until this process is completed. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the next steps.

Great Apartment!
We had a great stay in the apartment. It had everything we needed to make a great trip. The communication was great and when the coffee machine stopped working someone came round within the hour to help resolve the issue. The ski in/out was great, although was via black diamond slope so only for intermediate/advanced skiers/boarders. We didn't have a car so used taxis to get everywhere. Taxi service was very good. All in all a great apartment! Shame about the snow conditions and a stark reminder of the impact of climate change

East to find. Loved being on one level w no stairs. Great layout and would move in if we could be there full time. Garage was heated and big enough for our car. Hot tub was a short drive - wished it was on the deck but still a great place and would come back again!

One month at Taluswood #6
This property was presented exactly how we expected it to be. We rented for an entire month, and so we prepared most of our meals at the unit. We found the kitchen to be fully cleaned and stocked for our use, with plenty of space to store the food supplies that we brought along with us. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels and bedding supplies were on hand. The wifi and tv cable were reliable. We arrived at night and found it difficult to determine which garage belonged to our unit. It would be helpful if the garage had a number on it. Also the numbers on the outside post did not seem to match the numbers of the units. For those sleeping in the spare bedroom, there was a noise from the water pipes which supplied the upstairs unit, which was noticeable. We did use the hot tub, and found this to be an added bonus. Overall our stay in Whistler was amazing, and our location very private and quiet. Thank You for hosting our family.

Great Experience with VRBO
Our first time using VRBO at whistler. Check-in/out process was easy and the property was recently renovated. Nothing to complain about the property itself, came as advertised and clean. Pool was closed and the common property hot tub was located in a different section so did not make use of it. I would recommend the property for a family stay.

Fantastic rental for skiing
The location and size of this property is perfect for 4 skiers/snowboarders who are looking to have easy access to Whistler mountain. Place was cozy and inviting. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great place, roomy for 5 people. Got a bit cold at night as thermostat dropped below 18C, bunk beds seemed comfier then main bed. Garage is tight if you have a wide vehicle. American plates parked on the road, which made backing out tricky.

An enjoyable stay for a family of five.
Nordic Estates was the perfect place for a week away with our family of five. It was very clean and the layout of the condo worked very well, with our kids having their own space at one end, with their own bathroom, while we had our privacy at the opposite end of the unit. We regularly enjoyed the private balcony that was well shaded. We were grateful for the fans that were supplied and the trees, as even though the days were in the high 30s, the temperature of the unit was comfortable. The pool area was a great place to go at the end of a day of hiking trails in the area. We loved the private setting and were lucky to have it all to ourselves a couple of times. Aside from part of our stay being over a long weekend, which brings more noise to the area (no fault of our host), the area was a perfect setting for a family vacation. Communication was good. When we had a couple of external concerns, they were resolved in a timely manner. We would recommend Nordic Estates to friends and family.

This condo was perfect for our stay- not in the village (didn’t want to be) but close to everything. The garage was a bonus for all our gear. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only thing I would suggest having is a small grill in the deck. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again when we return.

This condo has a big deck surrounded by trees and a Frank Lloyd Wright feel. The music playing every we arrived was a nice touch. The mattress in the master bedroom was somewhat uncomfortable, but this place exceeded our expectations overall.
