Perfectly positioned at the centre of the Jurassic coast and within the UNESCO world heritage site, Coastguards Retreat benefits from some of the most unique and magical views in the whole of Dorset. Panoramic views span over the breathtaking, rugged coastline from Lyme Regis in the west, over Chesil beach to Portland in the east. The living accommodation is stylish and well equipped with an open plan living space. All three bedrooms benefit from comfortable beds and scenic views.
The space
Having recently been renovated to a very high standard, Coastguards Retreat is a perfect holiday home for a family break or a romantic getaway. The property sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms; a ground floor double bedroom, along with a king size bedroom and twin bedroom both on the first floor. There are 2 modern bathrooms; one shower room on the ground floor and a family bathroom on the first floor. Relax and take in the view from the stunning outdoor seating area, overlooking the fleet lagoon and Chesil Beach. In the cooler months, you can still enjoy the view from the living area, flooded with natural light from picture windows - there is even a telescope for star gazers! The living space sweeps around the ground floor in an 'U' shape, with a choice of two seating areas, smart TV and log burner. This leads to the dining area, with sociable bench seating next to the fitted kitchen. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, complete with beer fridge and coffee machine.
Guest access
There is parking for 2 cars at the property. Please note that access to the property is via an uneven and unmade gravel track unsuitable for low level sports cars.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
