Bay Retreat - Esplanade, sea views, parking
Bay Retreat is a delightful, one bedroom apartment situated along Weymouth Esplanade, with sea views overlooking the Jubilee Clock all the way across Weymouth Bay. The central location of this 2nd floor apartment makes it an ideal base for a couple or a family looking for a beachside holiday, with everything just a short walk away. The apartment is pet friendly, and benefits from it's very own private parking space.
The apartment is accessed via a well kept communal staircase, once inside the apartment is light and airy with a relaxed feel. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Windows overlook the Esplanade below, over to Weymouth beach and the blue sea beyond.
We provide binoculars to enable you to look out at the ships and boats out to sea, that come and go throughout the year. The modern kitchen benefits from an undercounter integrated fridge and freezer, as well as a washing machine, microwave, induction hob and electric oven.
The living room is cosy and comfortable, with a smart TV and a large 3 seater settee which can be made into a sofa bed (on request). If you would like to use the sofa bed, please let us know when you book. The King Size bedroom is at the back of the apartment, and benefits from a comfortable bed along with plenty of storage. The family bathroom comprises a 'P' shape bath, with shower overhead, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and W.C.
The allocated private parking space is in the car park at the back of the property, suitable for a small to medium sized car, and is yours for the duration of your stay.

To reach the parking area, you can put the postcode of the nearby bingo hall in your satnav - DT4 7BX. This takes you round the back of the flat to the parking area at the rear. The parking area is about 100m ahead on the left and is signposted '108 The Esplanade' on the wall (you are staying at 109 Esplanade, but the parking area is shared between the two blocks). Please park in the car parking space with the telegraph pole at the end of it labelled 'II' on the bottom left corner. To get to the front door, walk to the road you've just come from, and turn right here, then turn right again up Musgrave place and you'll see 109 The Esplanade (next to ENZOS). Please note;- The sofa bed bedding and towels are stored within the sofa bed. - Please bag your rubbish up and leave it at the property on departure. - The information folder is underneath the TV and contains more information about the property.
