Nice family owned hotel
The hotel was very clean and comfy. Had all amenities listed. They let us check in early. Owners were very nice. That being said, free breakfast was not what I expected. It wouldn't even be considered continental. Would be better off not to advertise free breakfast and just have free coffee and tea throughout the day.

For $150/night in off-season, I expected better. The rooms have no coffee service and the bathrooms have no shampoo, etc. you literally get a bed, bathroom and towels. Coffee in the lobby doesn’t start till 7:30am; well after a lot of busy people get going. Rooms and the building are very dated; though seemingly clean. The staff were minimally interested in my feedback. I’m not coming back.

Room was very clean and things were in good condition. Area was quiet, and a convenient drive to beaches. We were not given info about where the coffee / continental breakfast was ( we noticed the sign on the adjacent building on day 2 of our stay. There was also not an in room coffee maker but Dd and Honey Dew were short drives away.

Very clean property however it is very dated. No coffee maker in the room however there is coffee freshly made in the breakfast room starting at 7:30 am. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Nice restaurant Nextdoor which is very convenient.

Check in was lacking enthusiasm & appreciation for stay, no added extras, just checked us in. The pool wasn’t heated as I was told, but opened. The door to get in the hotel had to be manually opened & closed; risking safety for people staying. The rooms were clean but outdated.

Overall, it was good. However, we were disappointed with the continental breakfast. It was limited at best: Fruits were old, did not offer any eggs (boiled, scramble,etc), no regular milk for the coffee, no cream cheese for the bagels, limited cereals.

The rooms were musty, wallpaper beginning to peel. Grab bar in shower fell off in my hand with the lightest touch. Office personnel very unfriendly.
