For minimalists and cozy hours for two, this holiday apartment offers the best conditions. Through the ideal utilization of the available space, everything needed for a relaxing seaside vacation is found here in the smallest of spaces. And it is right outside your door: Only a few meters separate you from the fine sandy beach. The east-facing balcony allows you to enjoy a breeze of the wonderful fresh North Sea air at any time of the day or night.

The interior leaves nothing to be desired – even a small electric fireplace is available, creating cozy hours. If you still feel fresh, snuggle into the provided cashmere pillows and blankets. The inventory is bright and friendly, with loving, Sylt-typical decorations providing coziness and individual island charm.

In the living room, there is a cozy sofa, a dining table for two, and a high-quality wall bed. The integrated kitchenette in the hallway leaves nothing to be desired: In addition to the dishwasher, there is a ceramic hob, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine. The bright bathroom has been optimally utilized and offers modern amenities, including a bathtub.

The Wiking apartment building offers free Wi-Fi to all guests.

NOTE (please read!)

To start your vacation feeling right away, a made nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you'll receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (except for children under 3 years). For good health reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory for your booking.

We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We calculate this fee with your booking and directly pass it on to the municipality – your guest cards are available in your vacation home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.

Modernes, gut eingerichtetes Reihenhaus
Das Haus ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beschreibung im Portal entspricht der Realität. Bei der zentralen und strandnahen Lage fällt dann auch Geräuschpegel der Straße nicht ins Gewicht. Das Haus ist mit 5 Personen sehr gut bewohnbar. Es war eine tolle Zeit auf Sylt - vielen Dank auch an Sotheby's für die freundliche und kompetente Unterstützung.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben die Wohnung so vorgefunden und empfunden, wie sie inseriert ist und auch, wie sie von anderen Reisenden beschrieben wird. Die Nähe zum Stadtkern, Restaurants, zum Strand und zu den Strand Bistros ist unschlagbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Wir haben in der Küche auch für aufwendigere Kochaktionen alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Wir wurden von Sotheby's sehr freundlich und immer zeitnah betreut. Vielen Dank dafür. Nachteil ist die Lautstärke der Norderstraße, zu der die Schlafzimmer zeigen. Das wussten wir allerdings vorher und wir fanden es nicht weiter problematisch. Ist aber nichts für empfindliche Menschen.

Drei Mädels mit jeweils einem Zimmer für sich und zwei Bädern: Das war prima! Die Wohnung „Austernfischer" ist gut geschnitten, groß, sehr hochwertig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Total zentral gelegen, zu Fuß und mit dem Bus alles gut erreichbar; dafür nachts mit offenen Fenstern etwas laut(er). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - DANKE!

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage
Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Ferienwohnung und der tollen Lage direkt am Strand. Die Ausstattung war super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende auf Sylt mit Freunden können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
