- Should you desire, you have the option to prepay a fee for pool heating. This includes all-day heating of the pool to a cozy 85°F, along with the hot tub operational from 3 pm to 10 pm, with the temperature set to your preference, up to 104°F. The fee for this delightful amenity is $55 per day, payable in advance for the duration of your stay.

HOUSE RULES:
- We kindly ask that only registered guests (up to 14) be allowed on the property, whether staying overnight or visiting. Approval is required for groups exceeding 10, with an additional fee for guests beyond that number. A maximum of 6 vehicles is permitted.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you are welcome to smoke outside, provided cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly. Pre-approval is required if you plan to bring pets.
- We ask that guests respect our neighbors, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our house rules, which are in place to maintain a harmonious environment for all.
In the event that HOUSE RULE(S) are breached, regrettably, we will consider it a cancellation of your booking. This will result in the termination of your stay, with all guests being required to leave the property. Please note that we will not be obligated to provide any refunds for any fees already paid. Furthermore, if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will incur additional charges for each guest beyond the number originally specified in your reservation. NO-SHOW POLICY:
Guests are required to confirm with the host once they have checked in. If guests do not arrive within 36 hours of the confirmed check-in time and fail to notify us during this period about any delays or changes to their arrival plans, the reservation will be considered forfeited. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
