Our fully-stocked kitchen is a foodie's paradise, equipped with modern appliances including a spacious fridge with a freezer, Ninja blender, Insta-Pot, four-stove cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. Coffee lovers will appreciate our coffee station, and the toaster, cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes complete the ensemble for your culinary adventures.
Our apartment also features a convenient laundry area for your convenience, so you'll have everything you need to feel right at home. Our property does not have a mailbox.

Please note that we do not offer driveway or garage parking for this apartment. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and is free of charge. Driveway parking is reserved for the front unit only, so please avoid parking your vehicles to prevent towing.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file. Thank you for your cooperation.
