There is a full kitchen in the upstairs apartment but review the pictures closely as there is no dining room, eat in kitchen or living room. There is an outdoor dining table for meals. The Pool is heated to 85° during the day from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature and the temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December - April, there is a $30 fee per night.
