I absolutely LOVED everything. This is definitely a hidden gem. It's clean, close to stores, definitely a filling breakfast in the morning and the staff is extremely polite and there to help. The pool area is perfect, has a cabana with a t v, a grilling area and games for your downtime. I will be returning the next time I am in West Palm Beach! Thank you Best Western!

Great Stay and great staff!
Our stay was due to evacuations and the staff when above and beyond through this very trying time. Ron (Mr Delightful) and Tinsley(sp) at the front desk were very patient and kind and made sure we’re were taken care of. The room was a suite and was huge! It had a full Size refrigerator and freezer, dining table, microwave, sink and counter. There was a very large sofa, a chair and desk, TV and console in the living area and a large king sized bed, TV, chair and plenty of drawer space in the bedroom. The bathroom was a bit small but it had everything we needed including a CLEAN shower. The stay was also pet-friendly as we evacuated with a cat and dog and the pet fee was very reasonable. The hot breakfast was an average breakfast but it was fresh. The hotel is directly next door to Target and a very short, easy walk. There is also an outlet mall and restaurants across the street as an easy walk. Thank you Best Western for making our very stressful evacuation so much more bearable!!

The pool area looked like an awesome place to spend a day. However we were just there for 1 night and it was raining. The breakfast was good. Very clean and comfy beds. It was also walking distance to alot of stores.
