Dissappointing
Quality of this property is overstayed. It's located in a very old building, which suffers from deferred maintenance. Street is poorly lit. Unit had no smoke detector and broken blinds. Didn't leave us with a feeling of safety.

Unsafe situation
When I drove up and open my window, I asked the gentleman where the landlord was. He didn’t know. He then told me that the place I had rented was down this long alleyway and then make a right 50 to 100 yards. I had to close my car window because I was surrounded by people that were looking to see what I had in my car because I was Caucasian. I was clearly not wanted that and that’s to be expected so I felt I was in danger. I drove a block, maybe two and saw three policeman and the first thing out of the map was what are you doing in this neighborhood? They were very nice. They explained to me. It wasn’t a good situation and that I should move on for my own safety. This place was not as advertised and you people should be held accountable. I have a dispute with the bank credit card whether I win or lose I will communicate to as many people as possible the situation you people put me in And I called my son who I was going to visit he said to me, dad not for nothing that’s the ghetto. I grew up for and lived in ghetto and I know an unsafe situation when I see one so shame on new people.

Awful property awful neighborhood
On the map, it showed the rental to be one place, but in reality it was somewhere else. The neighborhood Was crime and drug infested. I never went inside because it’s not a neighborhood that I would ever stay in Would never comfortable parking my car there. As for the host, I messaged him my concerns and heard nothing in return. This is not the neighborhood you want to stay in and Mr. Gus Martinez is not the host that you want. It’s a bait and switch scam.
