The hotel was exceptional. Although we were initially given a room different from the one we had booked, we immediately informed the manager, Michael. His response was outstanding: not only did he change our room to the correct one, but he personally made sure it was ready. The service provided by the manager was excellent, and the room exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended, especially the rooms with a coastal view.

Was in West Palm for one night for business. Hotel is new. Very very clean. No carpeting in room - a major plus for me! Sparsely furnished but very functional. Had a fridge in the room that actually kept my beverages cold. Lots of towlels & storage space in bathroom. Bathroom needs another towel hook. Need better signage in garage telling you where to park & directing to hotel check-in. RIght now it is self park only. They said valet is coming soon. Offers free local transportation until 9pm via Circuit. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was excellent, new, clean. It was more like an appointment. Only I didn't like the room was a little small, compare with the rest of the apartment. Door from door and the bathroom, were kind of overlapping. This is more like a design issue. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.
