The well-equipped kitchen features a built-in gas cooktop, double ovens, and plenty of counter space for preparing memorable meals.
The four bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The main floor primary bedroom offers an oasis of calm and is tucked away in its own wing with a king bed and ensuite bath. Wake up to the gentle sounds of the lake, and start your day with a cup of coffee on one of the spacious decks. A second guest room can be found off an additional wing and houses a queen bed, sofa, and dedicated workspace. A 3rd bedroom is located just down the hall and provides a full bed and sunny views. An additional full bath is located on this floor as well. For the younger members of your group, the lower level features a dedicated kids' room complete with 2 twin over full bunks, gaming area, and a full bath.
THE LOCATION
Lake Michigan beach access is just minutes at several local public access points. (Please note that the association private beach is not available for guests.) As a guest at Whispering Sands, please note that the association beach and its access are exclusive to permanent residents. However, there are several beautiful local beaches just a short drive away.
To the south, you’ll find Kirk Park, only a 5-minute drive. Two other nearby options are Olive Shores and Windsnest Park, both just a few minutes away by car. For those willing to explore a bit further, Holland State Park, Tunnel Park, and Grand Haven State Park are also within a quick drive.
This cottage is also equally accessible to both downtown Holland and downtown Grand Haven, just a 15-minute drive either way. There, you will find plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options for all ages.

PARKING
There is space for 4-5 cars in the driveway, with room for two more in the garage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reductions of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
