Staff were really nice but service really poor, after ordering drinks they sat on the bar for at least 10mins, staff kept walking past them, was about to go up and collect them when a girl starting her shift brought them over, food in the restaurant but nice but forgot side order. bedroom nicely decorated but the bed was really hard and uncomfortable, pool areas clean and nice, breakfast not great, orange juice was so bitter we couldn’t drink it

All members of staff are very friendly,efficient and knowledgeable. Breakfast on our last day was not good . Poached eggs were practically raw inside.

Very Good Overall
Had a lovely stay. Room was excellent with a lovely bathroom, very clean and comfortable bed. Staff were overall okay, dinner service on my second night was very slow though, but food was very good on both nights. Plenty parking, good facilities, if you get a view out across the sea it’ll make the room even better (I didn’t)

Dated and Dirty - Not What Was Expected at All
Stayed recently for a couples weekend away, and were extremely disappointed in the tired, run down, and generally dirty condition of many parts of the hotel. The room we were in (130) was a particular disappointment. In hindsight, we wish we had asked to be moved. Of particular note were: Quilt that all of the filling had bunched up in small areas, looked like somebody was still in the bed. Bed throw that had horrid looking stains on it. The blind in the bedroom had what looked like several blobs of used chewing gum stuck to it, and also the wall nearby The mirror was missing from the dressing table, and the wall had lots of holes left where it used to be. Even a standalone mirror would have helped. The bathroom/toilet didn't feel clean at all. The toilet itself had a dubious stain on the outside, and the walls and blinds were also dirty. The hairdryer sounded as if it was going to explode, we had to ask for a replacement as it didn't seem safe to use and the PAT label couldn't be read. To be fair, there were some positives. The pool was lovely, and the changing areas seemed to be of a decent standard. Food in both of the restaurants was good, but again, the actual restaurants felt tired and grubby. When you walk into the more relaxed Aura Lounge bar, the first thing that struck us was the state of the worn and ripped vinyl seating. The staff were also pleasant and helpful when any help or assistance was asked for. On checkout, we weren't asked how our stay had been.

brilliant but faulty towers at breakfast
nice hotel lovely area , everything really good apart from breakfast restaurant still locked at 7.15 had to knock on to wake them , told to take a seat not shown where any breakfast choices were ... staff hanging round like spare parts ... had to go and ask if they were taking breakfast orders !! girl brought breakfast and she explained that plate was red hot , but then left the plate at opposite end of the table , had to use a couple of napkins to bring to where i was sat . no sauces - girl explained they usually on table but hadnt been put out ? so what was you doing then ?

Fantastic place with friendly staff, spotlessly clean & great breakfast choices. In future, I would ask for a room away from the honeymoon suite. In our 1st night, the bride & groom held a party in the early hours, which was very loud, with laughter & shouting.
