This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. You'll be in close to West Des Moines premiere shopping, dining and entertainment area, Jordan Creek Mall, while enjoying resort style living! Your personal retreat has an open concept layout, including a large kitchen island, bedroom with walk-in closet, a private patio and more. You'll feel at home, but also have access to amenities, such as the outdoor pool and gym. Corporate housing is available.
No more scraping snow off the car! A private, reserved garage space right outside your door is included!
The unit is spacious but you'll find all the accommodations of home. As you enter the front door, you're greeted by the large and expansive kitchen, stocked with all the basic appliances you would need (toaster, Keurig, microwave, etc) as well as bakeware, kitchen gadgets, etc. as well as plenty of seating! If you're bringing a little one, you'll find a high-chair as well.
The kitchen overflows into the the large living room with plenty of space. A huge, 55" smart TV is ready for you to connect your streaming services (free options as well) and lightning fast wifi is throughout the entire unit. There is also a private balcony with seating off the living room that overlooks the pool area and main clubhouse. Tucked away in the living room is a desk/study area for your needs as well.
In the bathroom, you'll find body towels, hand towels, washcloths, make-up removal towels, a hair wrap and more. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, a hair dryer and more are all included for your convenience. In the bedroom, there is an ultra comfortable 12" memory foam king sized bed, a smart TV, dresser, walk-in closet with tons of space (pack n' play included), as well as room darkening curtains to ensure a good nights sleep!
While I love all pets, the property has some restricted breeds.

Rodent and maintenance is a big problem
I ended up having a mouse in the apartment, it pooped in a lot of the kitchen cabinets where dishes were stored. The problem was never properly addressed. When maintenance did come in they let them selves in with no warning and came when I wasn’t there. One walked in while I was home and was naked about to get in the shower and I had to run and get my robe and stop him from entering. They were given the keyless entry code. This is very unsafe and scary as I travel alone. The host also kept charging me cleaning fees and the apartment was not cleaned in between my weekly bookings. And he refused to answer my messages about a refund! Do not stay with any of his vrbos!!!!
