Welcome to Seven Mile View! These oceanfront condos have recently entered the vacation rental market as of January 2023. There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - 7 minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.

The property:

The entire Seven Mile View complex has undergone a complete renovation, featuring modern kitchens, high-end tile floors, floating staircases, large windows that flood the spaces with natural light and offer spectacular ocean views, patios off the living and bedroom areas, and high ceilings.

The bathrooms have been designed with high-end tile throughout and feature modern cabinets and fixtures. Each of the five residences has its own unique design, construction, and layout, all incorporating top-of-the-line materials.

Seven Mile View Condo #3A is a ground-floor studio oceanfront condo in West Bay, offering outstanding views of Seven Mile Beach and the Caribbean Sea.

Please note that the minimum age for children in the condo is 5 years old due to the open stairs.

Accommodation:

The condo features a Queen-size bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It is fully furnished and equipped with amenities such as a comfortable living area, HDTV with cable, high-speed WiFi, a kitchenette with burners, a microwave, a drip coffee maker, a BBQ grill, and all necessary linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Complimentary laundry service is provided for this unit.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the condo provides essential supplies like shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, a blow dryer, iron board, and iron.

Condo guests in units 3A and 3B share access to a washer and dryer space at the complex.  Linens and towels are changed out by your housekeeper upon request.

Inclusions:

Each unit is equipped with two(2) lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Great Location:

Convenience is at your fingertips, with supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants, and bars in close proximity. Popular water attractions, including the Dolphin Encounter, Turtle Farm, Beach Horseback Riding, and dive operations, are also nearby.  Unit 3A is a ground floor in the corner facing the ocean and the pool.

Travel Options:

Guests can opt for a rental car, through Kayak.com or Marshalls or catch a ride on the Cayman Islands Bus Service that comes along frequently, offering convenient on/off bus stops all along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach. The closest bus stop to Seven Mile View condos is a short 5-minute walk.
