It was great stay in this hotel with my family. Easy access to location, room and bathroom was clean. Front desk has always staff to answer. Room doesn’t have microwave, but it was mentioned in room description. They have common microwave at lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast was good, it was grab and go breakfast, no continental. Many food options around this hotel with walkable distance. Inside pool was good. From room window outside Mountain View was awesome. Overall I liked this hotel.

We stayed here as a more affordable option while visiting Leavenworth. It was an easy drive, the staff were very kind and the property was beautiful. The rooms were a bit outdated but very comfortable and clean!

The staff was somewhat helpful as my key was lost and he deactivated it and gave me a new set of keys. Asked for 2 towels but got bath mats instead. He tried which is appreciated. Carpet in the room needs replacement. Not enough light in the room.

Front desk staff was polite. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were extremely small, the air conditioner would not cool the room, was loud and continued to shut off despite the room not being at the desired temperature. The rooms do not have microwaves and the rooms had poor lighting and plug access. Staff double charged me for my room and now I can't get anyone to answer the phone to help me remedy the situation. I called and was left in a 14 minute hold before I gave up. The breakfast they offer is cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, packaged pastries and frozen Jimmy dean sandwiches. There was nothing fresh or cooked. Two microwaves in a very small area to share among all guest. If in a pinch I would stay here again, but otherwise, I would not.

Front desk staff very welcoming and nice. Was disappointed to see restaurant wasn’t open and wouldn’t be until 2025:( nothing on site hotels.com site stated that when booking. Stayed her a few years back and also had a great experience, but this time the room was not very sound proof. Could hear the joining rooms door open and shut very loudly and someone decided at 3am to pace our hall for a good 20 plus minutes and talk on the phone. Could hear her whole convo. Woke everyone up. Otherwise, great experience.
