The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfy, the pool and spa was excellent, the breakfast was excellent as well as the gentleman that was doing the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. I give this place 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay and plan on staying there again!

Front desk staff were so helpful and nice. Always greeting as people enter and exit the building. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We travelled with a baby so lots of room for his travel crib. Onsite EV charger right by the front door. Would definitely stay again.

First we got our room turned out someone else was already in that room. Went back down stairs and had to be moved to the 3rd floor. The elevator was super tiny. The morning was super busy kids screaming.

The two girl at the front desk ( I don’t remember their names ) where amazing and super friendly, the only thing that I can say about the night we stayed was there was a lot of kids so it was a bit noisy but kids will be kids

1. Door isolation is very bad, noise from the corridor was constantly coming 2. When we checked into our room we found black hair all over the bath tub, on the shower curtain and on the floor… it was disgusting 3. when we arrived at the room at 3 pm, we discovered that the cleaning lady had not come to us, despite the fact that we had not been in the room since the morning 4. the result: a mountain of dirty towels, full trash bins..., which is what we were left with the next day 5. After notifying the front desk about this, they sent us a non-English speaking cleaner who only brought 3 towels and didn't even take away the pile of dirty ones lying on the floor.
